We are proudly staging the region’s premier development event, the Boomtown! Summit, promoting the transport, infrastructure and property projects that will help to grow the cities of the West, as well as addressing urban transformation, cities policy and governance reform.

This annual event, to be staged on Friday 29 November 2024, is where public and private sector leaders outline the policies and investments that will shape the future of the region and follows on from our Boomtown! Project of the Year Awards, with NSW Premier Chris Minns, the night earlier.

The Conference is designed to facilitate a dialogue between key decision-makers and stakeholder groups. Held at Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park, this year’s event will explore how Greater Western Sydney is responding to the housing challenges that have gripped the nation, the big city-shaping projects and the opportunities to create a better connected and more liveable region.

We will also be shifting our focus from a government-led model to the establishment of genuine public and private partnerships which will promote innovation, enterprise and good social, environmental and economic outcomes for Greater Western Sydney.
