Proudly claiming to be “Parramatta’s most celebrated café”, Circa Espresso opened in 2010. Refined specialty coffee and a seasonal menu steered by flavours and textures of the Middle East is on offer at Circa Espresso and is proudly championed by its founder, Aykut Sayan. The premises was designed based on some of the classical laneway cafe styles of Melbourne using up-cycled materials and items. Sayan says, “The only thing that I wanted was to share my love of food and coffee with others, that’s all.”
