We are delighted to welcome newly appointed NSW Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning, Hon. Sarah Mitchell MLC as a keynote speaker at Out There 2019. Join us as Minister Mitchell outlines the Government’s plans to address the current and future educational needs of students in Western Sydney, with a specific focus on infrastructure investment, early childhood development and Indigenous communities.

Since entering parliament in 2011, Sarah has served on numerous committees and as Parliamentary Secretary for Regional and Rural Health and Western NSW. In 2017, Sarah was appointed Minister for Early Childhood Education, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Assistant Minister for Education.

In 2019, Sarah was appointed as Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning.
