Collaborative Leadership Program 2025

The Dialogue’s forth Collaborative Leadership Program was held from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th of September 2025. We nurtured a regional leadership class as we continue the daunting task of city-shaping the West. The cohort experienced deep immersion in institutions and local communities and were provided a unique and intimate exposure to eminent leaders.

The program delivers training in collaborative culture, thought leadership, regional advocacy and community engagement, and generates a stellar professional network of graduates, which will carry through to an alumni program in future years.
