- Anthony Albanese has pledged $1b in joint funding ($500m each) with the NSW government to upgrade Fifteenth Avenue to create a critical transit corridor from Liverpool to the new Western Sydney International Airport
- $10.1m for Parramatta’s Civic Link project which is expected to unlock more than 14,700 homes.
- $13 million is also allocated to contruct a new road, intersection design and bridge in Schofields which will enable 235 homes.
- $580 million to support flood resilience and housing growth in the Hawkesbury-Nepean Valley and surrounds. The package includes $345.3m for Stage 1 of the Townson Road and Burdekin Road project and $234.7m for upgrades to Garfield Road West.
