Collaborative Leadership Program 2023

The Dialogue’s second Collaborative Leadership Program was held from Monday 26th to Friday 30th of June 2023. We successfully nurtured a regional leadership class as we continue the daunting task of city-shaping the West. Our 39-strong cohort experienced deep immersion in institutions and local communities and were provided unique and intimate exposure to eminent leaders.

It delivered training in collaborative culture, thought leadership, regional advocacy and community engagement, and generated a stellar professional network of graduates, which will carry through to an alumni program in future years.
